Shared Mailboxes: Managing Rules

Launch the "New" Outlook: https://outlook.office365.com  

Click the picture icon in the upper right then choose Open another mailbox

Choose the shared mailbox.  This opens another tab in your browser, Click the gear icon (settings) button:

Select Rules and you are off to the races.
